With over 200 items to display for our silent and live auctions, it is an understatement to say it takes a while to set up the auction room! New for 2016, our items will all be on display in the beautiful Grand Ballroom at the Wentworth Hotel. We need your help to make set up quicker than ever. Set up will take place from 11:00 - 4:30 on the date of the event. You can help the entire time or you can choose a specific time to come help out. Any and all help is appreciated. - Transportation of auction items from Exeter to New Castle, NH
- Moving auction items into the Grand Ballroom
- Repair of any damaged packaging
- Placing items in an appealing manner in the Grand Ballroom
